The Troy Baby Café at CEO – A FREE drop in center for pregnant and breastfeeding moms and their supporters. Meet other breastfeeding moms and receive up to date information from breastfeeding professionals while feeling safe, relaxed and valued. For information, call (518) 272-6012 ext 255
Virtual Baby Cafe -  Virtual meetings on  Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 12-2 PM, and every 1st and 3rd Wednesday evening from 6-730 PM.
For more information 
Baby Cafe is a national free drop-in meeting for pregnant and breastfeeding families and their supporters. It offers families the chance to meet other parents and receive up to date information from lactation professionals in a relaxed, welcoming, and safe environment. The Capital Region Baby Cafe Facebook page   is where families can find up-to-date information on the links and other resources in the community.

Greenbush La Leche League – Offers free support for families during their breastfeeding experiences through monthly meetings, 24/7 phone, text, and email support, online support groups, and one on one house calls.

The Food Pantries for the Capital District - a coalition of 61 food pantries in Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, and Schenectady Counties. We provide funding, delivery, coordination of services and food drives, and education and training to our member food pantries. Membership and all services are free to member food pantries.
